If you need to have sugar in your diet, stick to natural sugar, but within reason.

If you are just starting out on a diet, and you do not have much self control, you should avoid going out to eat with friends. It can be difficult to watch them eat a juicy burger and greasy fries, while you are nibbling on a salad. If you don’t think that you are strong enough, stay home.
